Choose a suitable spot in the garden where the feeding pole can be placed firmly in the ground. Check that the surface is suitable and that there is sufficient space around the bird feeder.

Is the ground hard or difficult to penetrate? If necessary, use an earth auger to make installing the feeding pole easier. Do not drill too wide, so that the pole retains sufficient stability after installation.

The wooden feeding pole has a point at the bottom. Place the point in the desired spot in the ground and check that the pole is straight. Carefully drive the pole further into the ground until the correct depth is reached.

Note: place the pole deep enough into the ground. The correct depth is important for the sturdiness and stability of the feeding pole.

Check with a spirit level during installation to ensure the post is straight. Correct this where necessary before the post is firmly set in the ground.

Place the base of the bird feeder on the wooden post and determine where the screws should go. Pre-drill the holes so that the base can be attached neatly and securely.

Attach the base of the bird feeder to the wooden feeder pole using the provided screws. Tighten the screws securely, but avoid damaging the wood or the base.

Next, place the roof on the bird feeder and attach it according to the assembly points. After assembly, check that the roof is secure and the bird feeder is standing firmly on the pole.

Finally, check that the feeding pole is upright, firmly in the ground, and that the feeder is properly attached. The WOODEN feeding pole is then ready for use.
